Hosting support

A password-protected control panel is provided for administration of domain hosting accounts. It is accessed via a Web browser and is stored on the site. The controls enable management of the site, files, features, and e-mail accounts, plus provide tools such as a file manager, a password protection interface, a script checker and a more. It also offers online help and resources to site owners.

Domain hosting clients can access site controls by typing www.domainname.com/admin (where "domainname" is the client's assigned domain name) on the browser's address line and pressing "enter." This link allows access to our administrative extranet, which also provides site statistics and administrative data.

Design and content support

InSight provides ongoing site management and update services, ranging from minor text changes to complete redesigns. To request changes to an existing site, e-mail support.

Unlike many Web design companies, IDI allows clients full access to their raw Web page files, for those that have the capability of making their own updates.
